| Siolim
House is a recently restored 300 year old Portuguese era manor house that
once belonged to a governor of Macau. Ater an extensive restoration that
lasted more than two and a half years, we have have opened Siolim House
to welcome discerning guests looking for something other than a 'five star'
Goa hotel. |

The
house has seven bedrooms (including two suites)/ Each room or suite has
attached tastefully designed large bathrooms. There is a large garden with
bursting bouganvilla bushes and fragrant trees and a pergola,a fully equipped
kitchen, an inner pillared courtyard with a mosaic fountain and a part
that even has a stepwell that provides water for the house. There are several
large halls, and a 12 meter swimming pool. |
| There
are four guest rooms in the front building (Macao and Macassar on the first
floor, and Malabar and Bahia on the ground floor), and three (Cambay, Damao
and Surat) in the rear around the pillared courtyard. Macao and Malabar
are the suites, with the latter having 2 large bedrooms. . |
