Financial

• The payment instructions will be communicated at the time of confirmation of bookingd and will be by one of the following modes:
• Cash
• Demand Draft/Pay order
• Bank Transfer
• All Demand Draft/Pay orders should be made in the name of  Inter Alia Consulting.

• Unless otherwise stated prices do not include taxes and service charges. Even in such cases, any central/state levy/tax introduced by the government during the course of fulfillment of the transaction will have to be borne by the customer.
• The advance amount payable for confirmation of bookings does not include any taxes or service charges.

• The liability if any accruing on part of goaintherains.com arising in any way out of any transaction between the customer and goaintherains.com, shall never exceed the total amount paid by or on behalf of the customer for the services being offered by goaintherains.com and such liability shall in no case include any consequential loss, damage or additional expenses whatsoever.
• In case of any dispute the law applicable in India India shall prevail. All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in India at the courts in Mumbai.
• goaintherains.com will not be liable, in the event that the services arranged and/or booked for the client or on his behalf is required to be cancelled either in full or in part before or after its commencement due to Force Majeure or apprehensions of Force Majeure conditions likely to take place. Force Majeure shall include, acts of god (including fire, flood, adverse weather conditions), war, nuclear or similar disaster, riot, civil disobedience, industrial dispute, terrorist activities, failure of communication systems and/or infrastructure or any other unforeseeable or unavoidable event beyond the control of goaintherains.com.
• goaintherains.com does not warrant the correctness, completeness, commercial value or appropriateness for a particular purpose of any of the information/data shown in the goaintherains.com Web site, or any service provided therein by goaintherains.com or by its suppliers / vendors. By accessing this Web Site, you agree that goaintherains.com will not be liable for any direct or indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the information and the material contained in this Web Site.
• goaintherains.com may make improvements and/or changes in the services and/or the program(s) described herein and/or in the contents being displayed on this website at any place and at any time at its discretion.
• goaintherains.com shall endeavor to provide virus free use of its site as also virus free exchange of emails. However it is advisable to have anti-virus checking in their machines. goaintherains.com will not be responsible for any damage caused to the customer due to virus-infected material.
• All transactions are required to be entered into, by customers legally capable of entering into the transaction. Any transaction entered into by a minor or otherwise legally incompetent person will be void abintio, however in such cases goaintherains.com reserves the right to recover costs incurred if any on initiating/servicing the said transaction.
• The terms and conditions of the services providers like Hotels/Airlines etc will also apply to any transaction being entered into, in addition to those of goaintherains.com

• The order will be treated as accepted at the time when goaintherains.com will receive confirmation of the stipulated advance deposit being paid as specified in the instructions provided at the time of making a Booking Request.
• goaintherains.com will not be liable for any loss arising to the customer, what so ever, whether direct or indirect arising due to the customer failing to comply with the specific instructions relating to the services being offered through goaintherains.com.
• Reservations and confirmation of other arrangements will be considered as valid only if confirmed by return email message from goaintherains.com.
• goaintherains.com will specify the minimum number of clear working days required to confirm a transaction. Any transaction, which does not allow the specified number of clear days for delivery is invalid and will, deemed to have never been entered, unless agreed to the contrary in writing.
• The language of communication will be English unless otherwise specified.
• Discounts, promotional offers, contests etc. run on the goaintherains.com website will be governed by the terms and conditions posted along with such said Discounts, promotional offers, contests etc. Participants will have deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions including stipulated last dates before participating in the promotional offers, contests etc. The prizes being announced from time to time are at the sole discretion of the sponsors and may be withdrawn at any point of time, or substituted with prizes of equivalent value.

• goaintherains.com will not be held responsible for its clients’ misbehaviour in theHotel/Resort premises and/ or subsequent eviction by the  hotel authorities. 

• Activities (for example boat rides, excursion trips,) depend on climatic conditions as well as various  resources and are subject to availability. goaintherains.com cannot
• be held responsible for any terminations that may take place (beyond our
• control) at the destination. 

• In the extreme condition of an accommodation being unavailable or a trip being terminated due to factors beyond our control (such as unforeseen environmental conditions or government action), goaintherains.com assures alternate arrangements similar to the accommodation chosen by the client. 
• However, delays or alterations in program or expenses incurred due to flightcancellations, strikes, vehicle breakdown, sickness or disputes cannot beheld accountable to goaintherains.com. 

• No partial refunds or credits will be given for unused services, such as hotel rooms or meals. When tariffs are quoted for a package; credits are not given for services not used. No refunds will be allowed for any reason once the package has been signed up for.

• goaintherains.com claims no responsibility for any loss, damage, and accident to any luggage and property during the trip. goaintherains.com also does not offerany Insurance policies along with the packages or trips. Any accident in the field cannot be held accountable to goaintherains.com. Since all outdoor experiences involve risk, and we all must recognize that accidents, bad weather, or illness may occur. We cannot guarantee your safety. We place final responsibility for your safety on your shoulders; you have to pay attention to what you are doing! 

• We reserve the right to add to or change/modify the terms of this Disclaimer. Any changes will be posted to http://www.goaintherains.com.com/terms.html and it is your responsibility as a user to refer to the terms on accessing this service.Changes could be made by us after the first posting to the Site and you will be deemed to have accepted any change if you continue to access the Site after that time.
